Theory....

As you know, Dr. Fox is the smallest character (not counting Richard because he can float), but remember how when Hawkodile got a crush on her he shrunk?! Maybe Dr. Fox is so small because she has a crush on him too, but she shook it off and just stayed normal size.....crazzzzy.
