The Unikitty! Theme is the main theme song for Unikitty!. It is performed by Japanese metal idol band BABYMETAL.

Female Astronaut: (In spaceship with other female astronaut.) Have you ever seen anything so beautiful?
Male Astronaut: (outside of space with other astronaut) Okay, almost there. A little to the left. There! Woo-hoo! Male Astronaut #2: Yeah!
Mrs. Scratchenpost (with four cats) Everybody here? Fluffy? Fluffy Jr.? Fluffy Sr.? Jeff? Woo-hoo. Cats: Meow. Meow.
Robber (laughs while running from two cops)
Cop #1: Freeze! (notices the TV) It's my favorite show!
Robber: Woo-hoo!(It shows a saloon where a man is playing piano, they then throw food at him) People: (notices the T.V.) Yeah!

- BABYMETAL were announced as the performers of the theme song at San Diego Comic-Con 2017.[1]
- Unlike the rest of the intro and the show itself, the first part of the title sequence was animated using actual LEGO elements.
- The theme song's opening differs and has 8 versions:
- The Female astronauts appear in episodes 1-4, 6-9, 13, 16, 23 and 36.
- The Male astronauts appear in episodes 5, 10-12 (With 12 having a techno music clip that no others have), and 14.
- Cops and Robbers appears in episodes 15, 18, 24, 37, 39 and 51.
