Princess Unikitty is the main protagonist of the series of the same name.
The royal ruler of a fantastical kingdom, Unikitty lives in a castle dream home and goes on adventures with younger brother and best friend Puppycorn, bodyguard Hawkodile, scientist Dr. Fox, and royal advisor Richard.
She is voiced by Tara Strong.
Personality and Traits[]
Unikitty is an 11 year-old pink unicorn-cat hybrid. She has a light pink muzzle with red blush spots on her cheeks that can change shapes depending on her emotions. She has large blue eyes with an eyelash coming out of the sides of each of them. She has hot pink triangular ears with a blue unicorn horn nestled into a white casing. She has a green neck (or collar). Her front paws are blue with white tops, while her back paws are yellow with white tops. She has a bushy blue tail with a white underside. When she opens her mouth, there is a small fang in the top of it.

Unikitty is upbeat, energetic, and fiercely optimistic. She's a loving friend and a protective big sister to Puppycorn, always encouraging creativity and joy. However, she has a fiery side—she quickly loses patience with negativity or anything that threatens her kingdom’s happiness. She can be very erractic, changing strong emotions easily. She seems to rarely hold grudges, seeing as though Master Frown causes choas and misery, she still tries to be his friend. Despite her occasional outbursts, Unikitty’s heart is always in the right place, and she’ll stop at nothing to make sure every day is fun, positive, and full of imagination.

She has the powers to change her appearance depending on her personality. The known emotions she shows off is Anger, Sadness, Queasy, Fear, Boredom, Love, Tired, and Crazy. She displays these tendencies with enemies such as Master Frown.

- Unikitty first appeared in The LEGO Movie, which was released in year 2014. However, this appears to be in a separate timeline, or non-canon, as the kingdom is not Cloud Cuckoo Land.[2] Other elements also differ from her first appearance from the said film.
- She has the ability to change her dimples on her cheeks to different shapes depending on her emotion. These include:
- Unikitty is the only character who has appeared in every episode of the show.
- Unikitty used to wear a yellow bow, braces and purple glasses when she was younger. (Kitty & Hawk)
- Unikitty is roughly 11 years old[3], and two years older than Puppycorn[4].
- Unikitty has been shown craving and/or enjoying ice cream, candy, and other sugary foods (Rock Friend, Tasty Heist, Bedtime Stories, Unikitty and the Ice Pop Factory, Dawn of the Donut, The Very Best Candy), which is unusual due to cats lacking sweet taste receptors in real life[5], as well as such foods (especially dairy and chocolate) being toxic or linked to digestive upset.[6]
- It is possible that Unikitty’s unicorn DNA allows her to taste sweet foods and digest them with minimal consequense, similar to how Puppycorn can eat chocolate and grapes.
- In the Italian dub, her and Dr. Fox are both voiced by Claudia Scarpa.
- Its unsure if the Unikitty in the show is the same one seen in The LEGO Movie or a different version.
