Sick Day is the seventeenth episode in the third season of Unikitty!.
Synopsis[]
Dr. Fox catches a “common cold” and does everything in her power to cure herself, ignoring the gang’s pleas that she take the day off and rest.
Plot[]
The episode starts at The Castle with everyone saying “Good Morning!” But When Dr. Fox Says “Good Morning! “ With Fuzzy Type skin and a different type of tone, Unikitty gets shocked and questions if Dr. Fox Is Okay. Dr. Fox Says Shes Fine and she had to put a few all nighters for her Jam-Packed Day Of Science. She then says that she is first going to study a radioactive Meteorite that she caught from low orbit. She then says that next she is going to test the results of her growth serum on some of Puppycorn’s old leftovers. Richard then says “I thought I threw that out?” Puppycorn’s then says “They grow up so fast.” Dr. Fox Then Says That Lastly She Must Study the DNA of her latest hybrid mutant monstrosity she’s been growing. She then says Good Morning To Her Mutant, Patricia, and asks for a sample of her ear foam. Patricia then yells and grabs the cotton swab and drags it around with Dr. Fox On It. Dr. Fox Then gets a sample of her ear foam and says thank you , but after saying that , Dr. Fox then sneezes and a alarm go’s off, Dr. Fox then hurries to the computer to cancel the alarm, but the computer says “Danger Infection Warning.” Unikitty Then Questions To Dr. Fox About What’s Wrong. Dr. Fox Saids it’s her worse nightmare that she’s getting sick (TBA)

- This episode was originally set to premiere on August 20, 2020 in the United States at 8:15AM. However, there were concerns on this episode being unintentionally similar to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the listing was changed and got replaced with a rerun of "Best Best Friends". Amazon Prime Video failed to get word of this update and ended up releasing this episode on August 21, 2020, one day after the planned American air date.
- This episode was also released online through the Cartoon Network app.
- Also this episode was banned because the episode is about the virus which this related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- During her Act 3 chase with Dr. Fox, Unikitty advocates for the use of vaccines to prevent measles and mumps.
