"Film Fest" is the twentieth episode in the first season of Unikitty!.
It first aired on March 12, 2018.
Synopsis[]
The Futon Critic[]
At the Unikingdom Film Festival, everyone's excited to see what films have been made, particularly Richard, who considers himself the ultimate film expert and can't wait to blow everyone else's films out of the water with his own.[1]
Plot[]
The episode starts at the end of Flower's film, stating that, instead of toaster, she's in love with his brother, Toast, and then his other brother, Bagel. The words "To Be Continued" appear on the screen. After the film, Dr. Fox is happy to report that the titular Film Fest is a success. Rick cqn't wait to present his film, which is about the struggles of life. Fearing that Rick's film will be boring and ruin the fest, Unikitty, Dr. Fox, Puppycorn, and Hawkodile plan to not show Rick's film.
The next scene starts with Unikitty and Puppycorn's movie, "The Amulet of Katzana/Badge Cops: Agents of Justicness" which starts with Puppycorn monolouging and starting a car chase!

- Vertigo - When Smooth Jerkerson is pushed off the balcony in "A Cry from the Heart", he employs the same technique as Jimmy Stewart's Scottie Ferguson character, where he stands on one leg and flails his other three limbs around to simulate falling through the air.
- Battleship Potemkin - Richard's film features a scene where he falls down a outdoor staircase in a baby carriage.
